Replacement Policy
The Pann Tree is committed to providing high-quality kitchenware products that lasts a lifetime. We ensure careful packaging, but if your product arrives damaged, we’re here to assist with a hassle-free replacement.
What Qualifies as Damage:
- Eligible Damage: Only cracks or broken parts are eligible for replacement.
- Excluded Damage: Variations in seasoning or texture in Cast iron,Iron cookwares minor imperfections, small dents, or slight surface irregularities are natural in hand-finished products and do not qualify as damage.
Replacement Process:
1. Share images and, if necessary, a short video of the damaged product with us within 4-7 days of receiving the item.
2. Email with the subject line “Damaged Products - Request for Replacement” or send a WhatsApp message with your name, order details, and contact information.
Once verified, we will confirm the eligibility and next steps.
Please note that the Replacement process will be closed within 7 days of delivery,
Return Procedure:
Upon approval, repackage the product carefully as received. Home pickup is available in select areas, or if unavailable, ship the product to us via India Post and share the shipping receipt for reimbursement.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, reach out to us via email or WhatsApp with your name, order number, reason for cancellation, and contact details.
Cancellation Process:
- Before Dispatch: If we receive the cancellation before your order is dispatched, we’ll issue a full refund within 7–14 working days.
- After Dispatch: For cancellations after dispatch, we’ll deduct the return shipping fee and process the remaining refund within 7-14 working days.
If home pickup is unavailable, please return the product via a trusted courier partner. Exchanges can follow the same process as cancellations.
Refund Policy:
The refund for Cancellation, Returns will be credited within 7-14 working days.
